Fifty Fifty
Enjoy the best of both worlds…a curated fusion of touch
therapy and advanced skincare. Blending body relaxation
with skin rejuvenation. Tension is eased with a calming back,
neck and shoulder massage that unwinds tightness and
restores ease, followed by a luxurious professional facial
designed to cleanse, refine and illuminate the skin. The result
is a peaceful mind, relaxed body and radiant complexion.
Summit
Fifty minutes of bespoke nurturing, your therapist will craft
a unique therapy tailored to your concerns or favourites.
It may include a blend of massage, scalp or foot work,
facial cleansing – discuss with your therapist to create total
Indulgence on all levels for a bespoke therapy targeting all
areas.
Revival
A blended Face Scalp and Back massage using Pure
Alchemy blends for a natural holistic therapy. Enjoy the
supremacy of touch and allow your body to sink into oblivion
as you relax and revive your upper torso.
Fellwalker
Starting form the feet up, soothing away aches and pains
from mountain adventures. A therapy to revive energy
channels and leaving the back and feet in a state of pure
relaxation, ready for the next adventure.
Mamabird
Second and Third trimesters of pregnancy require TLC.
A mild, soft soothing massage to encourage sleep and
relaxation, with pregnancy pillows for added comfort
and natural oils to nourish the skin. (Even though many
treatments maybe considered safe, we suggest avoiding
treatments in first trimester of pregnancy, a time when the
baby’s major systems are forming, avoiding unnecessary
exposures ensures foetal safety)
Hot Rocks
This therapy uses smooth, heated ceramic pods that glide
across the body, releasing tight muscles and melting away
stress. The steady warmth encourages circulation, relieves
fatigue, and provides a comforting, grounding sensation
throughout the entire.

Hero
Hero is a deeply comforting therapy designed for those living
with or recovering from sensitive fragile conditions., sickness
or cancer. This rhymical relaxation will bring warmth,
comfort and emotional support to body and soul. With soft
nourishing touch Hero helps ease tension, quiet the nervous
system, and offers a safe space to rest and restore.
For guest safety, hero is not performed during active cancer
treatment unless written approval is provided by your
medical consultant or care team.
Relax
A soothing massage to rebalance the body and encourage
a deep sense of calm. Gentle flowing movements help
quiet the mind while comforting pressure allows the body
to release stress. This treatment settles the senses, clams
the mind and allows the body to exhale into unhurried
tranquillity.
Mountain
Inspired by the quiet grounding of the mountains, this
soothing therapy focuses on the scalp, neck and shoulders
to release strain and soften the senses. Slow intentional
movements restore a comforting sense of inner calm and
relaxation.
Renew
A foaming cleanse of the back neck and shoulders followed
by a nourishing exfoliation that will leave the skin feeling
refreshed. Hot towels will prepare the area for a relaxing
upper body massage, to renew your body and lift your
spirits
